England 2013 WJKA World Champions

 

Hasha Karate England – is a Shotokan Karate organisation that has 1000 members who practice Shotokan Karate. Hasha Karate England was established in 2005 by Chief Instructor  George Best. Hasha Karate England is affiliated to European and World Karate Bodies.

 

Hasha Karate England is dedicated to improvement and we have technical courses to help develop and improve standards across the organisation, they include Kyu grade courses, Brown and Black Belt courses, Referee and Judges course, (I.Q.C) Instructor Qualification Course and England Squad Training.

 

We have a National team that competes in European and World Championships with great success winning European and World Championship honours.

 

Hasha Karate England hosted the TV British Karate Championships – The Hasha Cup this was the highlight of the Karate calendar.

Hasha Karate England is dedicated to the development of Karate in England and hosted the TV British Karate tournament  (The Hasha Cup) promoting the Sports side of Karate known as (competitions). With this development Karate can only grow in popularity and flourish, making Karate mainstream TV.

Hasha Karate England have done the double by becoming European Karate team champions. The organisation are now World and European Champions. HKE (B team) were amazing and took 3rd place. HKE also took 1st place in the senior Kumite - (fighting) where Steven Pendlebury won the men's senior event and team mate Damion Wood took 2nd place.  

 

In the youths section Kane Egerton fought well and took 2nd place and young Marcus Bertram had a fantastic European championship to take 3rd place in his first international tournament, well done to the whole team:

 

Seniors: Steven Pendlebury, Damion Wood, Ben Welsby Rachael Darlington, Craig Dobson, Jeff Halsall
